GINTRANET.COM USER AGREEMENT

1. Object of contract

The object of this contract is free intranet service (afterwards Intranet). The service includes free subdomain (limited time for client given internet address as name.gintranet.com), hard drive space up to 50 mb and gintranet user accounts. More specific service description can be found on gintranet.com home page.

2. Parties of agreement
Service provider - Gintranet.com
Client – Organization, private person or company using service

3. Parties obligations
 
3.1 Service provider must
3.1.1. Ensure a stable service is provided
3.1.2. Both parties agree that neither it, nor any of its servants or agents, shall divulge or communicate to any person, firm or company (other than professional advisers) any confidential information acquired as a result of carrying out the Services
3.1.3. Eliminate all errors on servers within 24 hours during workdays after the Service provider has received information about any errors.

3.2 Client must

3.2.1. Confirm that all information given while ordering the service was true.
3.2.2. Not use any software, scripts, programs or other solutions inside within the intranet that would damage or slow down the server or interrupt quality of the service provided.
3.2.3. Not use intranet solution to send spam.
3.2.4. Keep passwords and usernames secret.
3.2.5. Have backup of all information stored in their intranet.
3.2.6. Not upload potentially confidential information.
3.2.7. Not use Intranet to offer services it charges for it.
3.2.8. Not to use the Intranet to store links, text or pictures that er protected by copyright, have any form of sexual or racistic content or in any other way are against national or international laws.

4. Rights of parties

4.1 Client has rights to
4.1.1 Demand from Service provider a stable service.
4.1.2 Cancel their Intranet service agreement at any moment.

Service Provide has rights to

4.1.3 Demand from client to carry out this agreement.
4.1.4 Delete Clients user account and Intranet if during 1 month no-one has logged into the service or if the client has harmed Gintranet.com image or if the client holds illegal material within their intranet or violate in any other way this agreement or law.
4.1.5 Remove illegal software or illegal materials from server.
4.1.7 Display adds on Clients Intranets.
