You can create your message with flexible WYSIWYG-editor and use all html formattings with pictures and links.	Articles offer a possibility to write a documents directly to the intranet. You have WYSIWYG-editor to write your article, so you can add all html-formats, pictures and links. You can arrange your articles by categories and you and your users have possibility to comment the subject (commenting can also be prevented).
Calendar is useful tool to arrange your everyday workd and schedule. You are able to see also your coworkers/team members timetables. For the events you can put resources and choose persons involved. Users can share or hide their events with other users.	Documents. You can save to your intranet almost any kind file formats. You can create directories for your important documents, set user rights to the directories and share efficiently the data and files. Any of saved documents can be now accessible from anywhere over the Internet.
Forums. Gintranet has also forum features. You can create different forum groups. Groups can be accessible by all users or you can limit the usage for the certain user groups. Forums are great way to share information and to gather comments and opinions.	Picture galleries are there not just for fun, but give you great possibility to improve work athmosphere by sharing common memories from partys or such events.
